Oleg arrived on time and ready to work. He completed all of our tasks that we had discussed and a few extra tasks that came up.
His work ethic was excellent, never stopping until he was finished. He made sure before he left that we inspected and were happy with his work. We had multiple maintenance items and he completed all of them to our complete satisfaction. He is a good worker and quite pleasant.

Two words——> Professionalism and Punctuality! Those are the words use to describe OZ home installation/repair. Not only did these two gentlemen arrive early they spent literally under two hours doing two installations! Here’s a little backstory (I haven’t had a working ac unit in my bedroom for over ten years) ikr 😞 lol finally i decided the heat had to stop! I found these gentlemen Mr.Slim and Brown Eyes on ThumbTack. They were informative and responded quickly to my inquiry. Another side note their receptionist is amazing and super nice! I booked my appointment and the rest is history! I had them install my unit and my mother’s unit in the same day. They added insulation tape as well as board to keep the heat out! My sister saw how well I and my mom’s unit looked she booked with them as well. They used metal to create a drainage system so that the water would leak out onto the ground and not inside the walls causing mold infestation!!! Especially since theirs a child in the home. AMAZING 😻! If you’re in the Miami-Broward area and you need installation/repair BOOK WITH OZ!!!!!!! They’re affordable and the quality of work is CHEF’s Kiss but don’t take my word for it. Look at the pictures. Huge thank you to the OZ team for turning the heat off and keeping things cool year round 😎.

OZ Repair did a perfect job, they send a 2 man crew (Oleg & Yurii) to do the job fast and perfect quality. They spotted some cosmetic issues that they didn’t have to take care of but they did. They went above and beyond! I without a doubt will hire them for every job I need. Can’t say enough about them, 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
