- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is more than Fair for the Quality of work I do. Almost all my Business comes from repeat customers , and I maintain a 5 star rating on most Sites. I usually charge by the Job , which helps customers with larger projects or many small projects , and typically come in below straight hourly rates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will find me Transparent , Honest, and Professional . usually i like to come out to the repair or work site , to visually inspect whats going on before quoting. I will walk my customers through the steps, materials, and options needed to get the Job done right .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing Home, office, and building repair services for over 30 yrs . My Family has been involved in the carpentry , Lumber , and home building,electrical, and plumbing business since the 1940's
