I hired Sega to install a new front door. The frame of my door was rotted. In addition I had an old ugly sidelight that I didn't want to replace. Vincenzo worked with me giving me ideas to replace which they did. I appreciated their promptness and work ethic.

I was extremely pleased with my lighting project with the Sega team. I had spent some time selecting and ordering the fixtures I needed to install in a space with 10' concrete ceilings. They were meticulous in reviewing the technical specifications of the fixtures, related switches, dimmers, etc. They provided a fixed price, arrives on time with extensive equipment, masonry drills, and tools, and lasers need to precisely place the fixtures. They are very intelligent, polite and tidy, leaving everything just as they found it...except for the dazzling effects of their work.

Vincenzo from Sega General services came to my house, on time to give me an estimate for some work I was going to have done. While there he help me problem solve some of the problem which ended up saving a lot of money. Although he has not completed all of the work that we have to do, I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would definitely recommend Sega general services to anyone looking for a handyman.
