- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending the project and the customers needs, so our goal is to provide the most economical estimate and maintain the highest quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a customer for the first time we will go over their ideas and see if there are any obstacles we will need to address. Then we will make a sketch if needed and pricing will be forwarded within 3 days to a week depending on the scope of work to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year carpenters apprenticeship completion. 2 years of construction management in an accredited college. 20 years of field experience.
