FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is clear and based on the scope of work. For smaller jobs, I can usually provide an estimate based on photos. For larger or more complex tasks, I may need to see the space in person. If the job is labor-intensive or open-ended - where it's hard to predict exactly how long it will take - I work at an hourly rate. However, if we agree on a flat rate for a specific task within a reasonable time frame, I'll always honor that price - even if it takes me several hours longer. I never charge extra beyond what we agreed on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first connect with a new customer, my main goal is to understand exactly what they need done. I usually start with a few quick questions and ask for photos if possible — the more details, the better. From there, we figure out the best way to move forward and find a time that works. I keep things clear and easy every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My skills come from real, hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve dealt with all kinds of household tasks and challenges — fixing, building, and figuring things out as I went. Through that, I’ve developed a strong set of practical skills that I use every day to help others with their home projects.
