I started looking on Thumbtack at 11 PM and Jeff was out to my house by 8:30. He was never late, always punctual even a little bit early. I’m not sure if he was in the military, but the way he valued, punctuality and communication you would think so. At first, I was a little hesitant because he brought his own samples, and I thought I would choose something in a store, but honestly choices and the quality of the Flooring have been great! His prices I found to be very reasonable. He was able to get the job done in just a couple days. We added an extra day because after he removed our old baseboards, we found that there was mold and so we requested new baseboards. This also gave us time to clean the drywall and prime it. I would use him again and just disappointed that I didn’t find him when we initially did our floors a couple years ago.
