- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to give our clients best prices and best services.To offer that, we consider the type of service (Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move in, Move out or post construction), the frequency of the service (Once a month, once a week, every week, every two week), the squares feet of the house and the quantity of hours we spend to make a good job. We can offer discounts depending on the frequency of the service and if you indicate us a friend/family we can give you a 15% discount in the next cleaning 😃
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new client the first thing we like to do is send our Manager and secretary to see the house, talk to the home owner and understand their needs and see the better way to assist them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a qualified staff, they have years of experience in cleaning, especially hotels. We check all the backgrounds, make interviews to select the right person to the right position. Beyond that, we have a multi ethnic staff. We can assist you in English, Spanish, Portuguese, creole or French.
