- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a discount on packages (if the students decides to pay some lessons in advance), as well as if the students takes more than one lesson per week
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the student. We modify our way of teaching according to each student's particular preferences. We can work with books if they prefer so; or by using a method in which they won't be needing any text books
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including language education, teaching, translation, business, and international communication. Many of our teachers are native speakers of the languages they teach and have experience working with students of different ages, learning styles, and proficiency levels. In addition to formal education and training, our team brings real-world language experience, cultural knowledge, and a practical approach to communication. We believe that effective language learning goes beyond textbooks. Our instructors combine structured teaching methods with personalized guidance to help students build confidence and achieve their language goals.
