Saint Louis and his team were incredible. They were early, extremely professional, and moved all of our heavy furniture within 90 minutes, it was amazing. Saint Louis also made great conversation, he is someone that is very easy to talk to and that made the short time go by incredibly fast. I was worried that not everything would fit in the truck we rented, but they were confident and correct that everything was going to fit perfectly. We even had room left over. We will be calling them again for all of our moving and junk removal needs. Thank you Saint Louis & your amazing team!

This morning I decided to tackle my garage, a long overdue project. The result was a huge pile of junk in my driveway with nowhere to go. I jumped on my trusted thumbtack add and searched junk removal. Up popped SEUD, and I reached out immediately. As the app touted, I received a response within minutes and was able to get a same day appointment! Due to the solid reviews it never crossed my mind that the technician Saint-Louis could possibly not show up which would leave me in a pickle. He arrived on schedule, made an assessment and negotiated a fair and honest price. He then proceeded to go that extra mile by also taking the bags I had set aside for donating to charity. Saint-Louis was the consummate professional, kind, funny and uplifting all at the same time. My day ended with goals accomplished (see before and after photos attached), and I am one happy customer!!!!! Thanks for the excellent service Saint-Louis!!!! Will definitely call you again in the future!!!

After poor planning my girlfriend and I had a very tight window to relocate for work. In a matter of days we needed to pack up everything in our home and for an interstate move with less than a weeks time. Stuck in a bind and with short notice, I reached out to the Seud team who was able to fit me in towards the end of the week.
As luck would have it, we all of a sudden had to move to our destination a day early…. When I reached out to the Seud team to see if they could help with this last minute change (I let them know the evening before needing the date change)they were understandably completely booked. However their top notch customer service focused team let me know that they would do everything they could to make it happen. Shortly after they informed me they would have their team assist in a window between jobs. I was both relieved and impressed by their team making the effort to accommodate me as a client and their kindness and responsiveness felt like communicating with a best friend or family member for help.
As far as the work itself goes-With this sudden relocation we were completely unprepared and I did not fully realize until Seud came. Luckily for us Carmel, Manley, and Doulens Sanon led by Saint-Louis arrived to represent Seud’s Moving Services. They were prepared and waiting outside to knock on our door the very minute of the rescheduled time. Clearly punctuality is something Seuds takes very professionally.
Once inside, they cleared out our pre packed boxes and furniture ensuring everything was moved carefully. Once these items were out of my second story apartment (with no elevator!!) I quickly realized that a majority of my belongings were not in fact packed and I was not even close to prepared for the professional help I requested. Saint Louis and his team however were kind, understanding and patient with me- but more than anything, up to the task at hand.
Each of them did all they could to quickly and carefully assist. Using many supplies that I even told them in our initial conversation would not be needed for the job. Many of the items that were not properly prepared for this move were high value or high sentiment items and the care with which the team put into protections and moving these items I am very grateful for.
I accompanied the team down to the moving truck once early in the process but when the team removed the last of the items from my place I went down to see how the loading of the moving truck was going. At the time I was afraid there was a possibility that the truck I arranged may have been too small for some of my items. I was in awe when I saw that all of the items were already safely in the truck and arranged like a genius playing Tetris with everything so perfectly packed there was little to no negative space and thus no chance anything would move or be damaged in the transit process. To say I was satisfied and impressed with the job would be an understatement.
If you need help with moving, I cannot recommend Seuds enough. They are careful with moving items yet do everything so efficiently that I would even say quick. They clearly pride themself on being a customer service focused business as they constantly went above and beyond and truly rolled out a red carpet for me. Their professionalism was unparalleled as all of my short coming in the process were swiftly addressed and remedied.
Beyond that, until yesterday I did not realize moving was an art form until I saw them pack that truck.
