A One-Day Install Turned Into a Three-Week Nightmare Beware of White Cabinets and Ralph VilledrouinDo you value your time? Honesty? Professionalism?If so, stay far away from Ralph Villedrouin of White Cabinets in Davie/Cooper City, FL.What was promised as a one-day installation somehow stretched into a messy, chaotic three-week ordeal filled with excuses, no-shows, poor workmanship, and constant delays.Ralph and his crew showed up late every day (often hours past the scheduled time), worked minimal hours, and repeatedly took long lunches without notice. Basic tools and materialslike a tape measure, ladder, or ragshad to be supplied by us, the paying clients.Even clean-up was an afterthought; we had to ask them to manage their own trash.The problems piled up quickly: Electrical for the water heater was left disconnected, leaving us without hot water for 3 days.Cabinet panels were installed backward and upside-down.Drawers and doors werent aligned or fastened properly.The kitchen island ended up 1 inches out of square.A dishwasher panel was misused to patch a design mistake.Poor communication and no respect for time 9 AM really meant whenever they felt like showing up.Excuses ranged from the dog needs the vet to blaming other trades for their own errors. Meanwhile, the drywall repair was quoted at over $1,200 for an 8x8 area = 90sq ft. All materials were already provided!This experience was the definition of unprofessional. Every step of the way, Ralph demonstrated a lack of accountability, skill, and customer respect. I rarely write reviews, but this one is a public service announcement: do not hire White Cabinets or Ralph Villedrouin if you value your sanity, schedule, or quality workmanship.Also, his contact for help, Skypoint Remodel LLC, also a hack installer.JAIRO ENAMORADO LOPEZA one-day install? I found Premium Cabinets on Google, they had such great views I thought I'd check them out. I was considering Cabinets To Go but they didn't have shaker style cabinets for the bathrooms so I went to talk to White Cabinets. The ordering process was easy, I ended up buying a bathroom vanity in 3 pieces to be installed to look like one so it fit my custom space. I also bought replacement cabinets for my laundry room. All in white shaker style. They came on the date as promised. At some point 3 doors got chipped either on delivery or on installation (both people I hired) they ordered new doors for me at no charge and no hassle to me. Fantastic. The quality of the product is great, solid and stylish. I really like the soft close doors and drawers. Their customer service made a stressful remodel so much easier. I wish I would have known about them when I did my kitchen!

I found White Cabinets while doing research on the internet. I contacted Ralph for an estimate. He was very patient and easy to work with. Not only did he answer all my questions, he also had very good suggestions on design and pricing. The quality of the cabinets was superb. It's all solid wood, butt cabinets (without stiles) soft close with dovetail drawers.
