- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to have an initial interview to verify we are a good fit, that means we get to find out whether I can provide the service they are looking for and that my services are really in tune with their best and most desired interests. From there we will then team up and work towards their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance and Risk Management.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important skill in my area of work is empathy and connection, I believe a client should feel comfortable with his/her advisors, and they need to focus on working with a professional that really cares about helping them. One of my great mentors told me once, “People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care”; that is really a motto I like to follow by heart.
