Our relocation consultant was very professional and very accurate in her estimate. Our driver, was super nice, very strong and extremely fantastic in every way. We were his second delivery stop on this long distance move. We got our load very promptly and we were not missing ANYTHING!! He had our load along with about 5 others on the biggest truck I have ever seen. Our driver Don made it look easy. I highly recommend moving with Bekins.

The crew Bekins sent to help us with our move was awesome. Robert, Chris and Kieth did an excellent job. They were professional and handled everything with care stepping us through the whole process. We arrived at our new home with everything in tact aside from 1 dish ( which I packed myself). Thank you Bekins for hiring outstanding people to help make a daunting experience a pleasant one!! Will you tell all my friends and will use you again if I need to.

First and foremost i would like to say that the gentleman that they sent to my home Alan Tudela to give me a quote was absolutely a Breath of Fresh air!! I am in hopes that my move across the country will be as professional and as smooth! Alan, according to him has worked for the company for over 15 years and it shows! he is professional, kind, and has extreme product knowledge! To me that is soooo important. He put my mind at ease and also went as far as to get me a quote for a transportation company to also take my truck. Wow, I was impressed! He was the entire package and what we all want and look for when dealing with anything to do with Customer Service! he should have his own team!!! Well, I am certainly looking forward to working with Bekins! he absolutely represents his company with total professionalism and grace! Thank you Alan, i will certainly recommend you to everyone that is moving instate or out of state!!! Thank you soooo much!!!
