- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once the bride goes through a scheduled makeup trial, prior to the wedding date, I then have the bride sign a contract. I also require a deposit to lock down the date and time of wedding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I apply for makeup opportunities that are close by my home...or projects that will fairly compensate me for the time it takes to drive to distant destinations. Also if no parking is available I will have to add on parking in a garage to the total of the makeup application.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attended a makeup show in NYC, Scott Barnes workshop as well as Victoria Dukes Gramy Trends of 2015. I also subscribe to Makeup magazines.
