We'll take the time to understand your business and provide a customized quote with clear recommendations. We also offer bundled packages for businesses looking to combine services like website design, Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and review generation for the best overall value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your business, your goals, and the customers you want to reach. Then we create a complimentary custom Gameplan that shows exactly what we'd do if this were our own business—from improving your website and Google Business Profile to identifying the biggest opportunities for growth. You keep the Gameplan whether you decide to work with us or not. If we're a good fit, we'll put that plan into action and keep you updated every step of the way. As a family-owned, owner-operated business, you'll work directly with us from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience helping businesses of all sizes across North America improve their online presence through Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website design, AI search optimization, and reputation management. Before starting WavePoint, we gained hands-on experience working for a large digital marketing agency, where we worked with businesses in a wide range of industries. We started our own company because we wanted to take a more personal, hands-on approach. Instead of treating clients like account numbers, we work directly with every business, focus on quality over quantity, and build long-term relationships based on real results and exceptional service.
