- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first review symptoms of the residents. The symptoms always are a good lead to the type of mold I am looking for. This gives me a starting point for my inspection because I know where are the common places that I find these types of mold.Then I do a an air particle profile profile in each room and I can locate any active mold growth. I then do my air test in the most contaminated area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Engineering from university of Miami with emphasis on air conditioning design. I am certified in testing and removal and hold both state licenses for mold remediation and mold assessment. I hold a State of Florida public insurance adjuster license with previous experience in insurance claims. I also hold a State of Florida Certified General Contractors license with experience rebuilding hundreds of water damaged homes after hurricane Andrew and Wilma. I also have personal experience with mold illness and treatments for many of my Clients.
