Manny and his team did a great job with the mold remediation project for our home. He was very responsive with our request for service and explained the process effectively. His team was in and out with very minimal damage to the problem areas in removing the mold pieces. Hopefully we won’t have to deal with this mold issue again, but if we do I know exactly who to call. If you want someone who is honest and reasonable, this is the company! It is so hard to find honest contractors, but Manny is such an upright professional that I had to leave a comment!! As a pregnant mother, when I was told by an HVAC company that there was mold in the home, I panicked. The state of Florida now requires specific certifications for Mold Removal services. We are in full compliance with these new regulations and licenses are clearly listed on our Web site. Also, look for a mold remediation service that has special abatement equipment and protocols to minimize the spread of mold spores. Many services do not do this well or at all.
