FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will match any other estimate and discount it by at least 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we come and do an inspection to determine if there is actually mold. If there is a visual presence of mold then we usually perform testing. However, if it's obvious that there is mold we would proceed to remediation first, saving you the cost of the testing. Once we receive the testing back we will do the remediation, but only if there is elevated level of mold. Then we will do clearance testing to be sure that the remediation got to the source of the mold issue. If the clearance testing doesn't come back negative for mold we will remediate again for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in biology and a certificate in biotechnology. I've also had extensive training in labs and in the construction field with an IICRC water damage remediation certification. During my employment I've had much experience in the field working on projects where mold was prevalent in both large and small quantities.
