From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
The office staff was incredibly helpful, keeping me updated and answering all my questions. The moving crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled my belongings with great care. I was relieved to see that everything arrived without a single scratch or damage!

I would strongly advise against using this moving company. This was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had.
From the very beginning, the movers were consistently late, unreliable, and completely disrespectful of our time. To make matters worse, there was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the movers, which was extremely unprofessional, but it was too last minute to hire anyone else.
The way they handled our things was absolutely unacceptable. They were careless, reckless, and showed very little concern for our belongings or the property they were moving. Multiple items were damaged and broken because of the way they handled everything.
What made the situation even worse was that, instead of taking responsibility for the damage, they blamed us for the items that were broken because we had wrapped some of them ourselves. They claimed that the items broke because we wrapped them instead of them. That is completely unacceptable. Regardless of who packed or wrapped an item, professional movers should handle people’s belongings with reasonable care. If they believed something wasn’t packed properly, they should have pointed it out before handling it—not break it and then blame the customer afterward.
The pricing was also extremely inconsistent and frustrating. We were given different prices for the same services. For example, we were told it would cost $30 to wrap a table, then $20, and then we were told that they would only charge us for the cost of the wrapping materials they had to purchase. However, they showed up without the wrapping materials in the first place. The constant changing of prices and explanations made it very difficult to understand what we were actually being charged for.
Between the lateness, questionable professionalism, strong smell of marijuana, careless handling of our belongings, broken items, inconsistent pricing, and refusal to take responsibility, this was an incredibly frustrating experience.
We paid for a professional moving service and expected professionalism, punctuality, transparency, care, and accountability. Unfortunately, we received none of those things.
I would absolutely not recommend this company. If you care about your belongings, your time, and being treated fairly, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential cost of having your belongings damaged.

We recommended our Full Pack & Wrap Package for long-distance moves, as professional packing & wrapping helps ensure greater protection throughout transit and reduces uncertainty regarding damage. The customer did not accept our wrapping services for their items, including fragile pieces, so we are unable to verify the level of protective packing applied, which may have impacted the condition of items upon arrival.
