American star provided their services at last minute when my original mover cancelled on me at last minute. They provided me with Adrian and Damian that made sure that all of my items were moved carefully and efficiently. Both Damian and Adrian went the extra mile to provide excellent service. They even noticed that one of my pieces of furniture was previously broken and fixed it. They did not have to go the extra way to do that and they did and that to me shows the quality of service they are willing to provide. If and when I ever move again, I will definitely be contacting American Star Movers.

Damian and his partner were amazing! I am a single mom of a six year old and nothing frightened me more than moving from a 4 bedroom house, on my own. This company is all about customer service and treating you and your belongings as if you are a family member. They moved with fast pace, padded everything, and completed the job with efficiency and professionalism...not to mention how humble they are! You can see they truly care about the quality of their work and helping people out from the good of their hearts. Thanks ASM for making my move stress free!

They did a great job with the moving. They went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth move. However, we lost two shelves on two of our cabinets. Only change is that they should put back the shelves back so that we don’t lose it with the move. We have looked everywhere for it and cannot find it. That’s the only reason for docking one star off the review.
