WOW, what an experience. Im a DIY guy but my wife convinced me to just hire an expect to move from Broward to north fort Myers, she was right. First, Dan answered my call eager to help, explained their moving process and what makes them different. Second, THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. The movers were on time and VERY PROFESSIONAL. Our treasured possessions was handled with care and loaded with efficiency. The movers allowed me to drive in their truck to fort Myers (didnt think that was possible). When we got there, the worst thing happened, SmartStop forgot to remove the temporary lock and its after hours. An hour went by of me panicking and calling the store manager that would not pick up. I was frantic, annoyed, angry and very sad as its been as long day. Finally the mover was able to remove the temp lock while keep the storage device in tack. I was trying to help since the stupid storage wasted an hour of our time, but they preferred to just do it. The ride back was great and when they dropped me home, they actually helped me get the bulk trash from my house into their truck since it was late and the trash guy I hired did not come. I had to move everything to include trash from the house that same day. This was,by far, THEE best moving experience EVER. Thank you Dan and guys, yall were AMAZING, TOP TIER and I will for sure recommend you to my family members that will be moving soon.
