As an apprentice i've learned and am constantly learning all things construction, maintence, custodial. With 2 years of construction experience while attending college. My goal is to become a General Contractor in the next 2-3 years. I've hung drywall, metal framing and soffits, to mounting coat racks and replacing tile grout. During the day I work towards buiding my buisness at What A Site and at night I am a Cleaning Service and repair maintenece handyman at a preschool in hollywood.

He does a bait and switch with his pricing. He is a scammer who falsely advertises his price.
I had just a mattress and a couch to move, even after I told him I would wrap everything on my own, and had extra wrapping supplies for him if he wanted to secure my work, after I told him it was just a mattress and a small couch, that could both be moved by myself (had I had a truck… ) he stated he was going to charge a 160 DOLLAR LABOR FEE PLUS +++ HIS HOURLY rate.
He advertises a full move for 85 dollars, so how is moving two items five minutes away, with no stairs, all the sudden over 200 dollars? He lies to get your interest and is just a waste of time ! I do not recommend you reaching out, as like I said, such a waste of time!

I'm sorry that you were not pleased with the pricing but, thats understandable if you chose another route that works for you. since we never charged and chose a different route.
but like I've stated before my rates are subject to change based off of the labor, travel, assembly and disassembly, and stairs.

My prices are fair and are the average pricing for this market.
I am a one-man band so my pricings reflect that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would typically contact the customer to inquire further information on the size of the project so that way I'll know the tools that are needed and formulate a time frame how long the task will take.
as well as discuss other factors like safety, space, location, stairs, etc
based off of the information I will come to a concisis with the client on best times and how long it will take me and how much I charge for that particular tasks and all expenses that are included and not included.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My time spent working for FedEx freight loading big trucks was a very detailed training for me.
I also did Amazon for 2 years loading and delivering.
