FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes the system is basic only charge $30 per session. We figured that by only charging this amount it would be more affordable the general population.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new customer is quite simply. Normally I don't want to overwhelm anyone so I only ask questions and get feedback on our initial consultation. Next I will set up a time for the potential client and me to meet again for a fitness assessment, this will help me to determine what are the initial step that need to be taken in order to get the client to their fitness goal. At the end of the assessment, I explain the results and create a program to work for the client. Usually by the next day I give my client a call to review their results and the program I created based on it. From here the client gives me feedback on anything they would like me to change and every moves forward to our training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading up on the latest developments and discoveries in the fitness field. As a fitness professional I know that there is alway more information to learn in the fitness industry. Sometime I even go back to review my notes from college and when I became a certified personal trainer/ Nutrition specialist.
