- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very simple. I am retired from the big, big stuff so I only seek compensation for my time plus the costs both labor & material. My rate is $75/hr. All my customers receive written proposals prior to the work and any additional work is authorized prior to commencement. My customers are also entitled to see all labor and material costs and work is guaranteed for one year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have continuing education requirements for my contractor's license, my inspector's license and my PMP certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nearly my entire family is involved in construction. I am a builder as was my father before me and his father before him.
