FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use google docs as a screening process to ask general questions and understand my client. From there, I like to get personal and find out your likes and dislikes as well as your wants and needs, and do my best to accommodate them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of cooking experience with nearly two years of professional cooking for others. I am experienced with any dietary restrictions and palate preferences. I am skilled with a wide range of cultures, from American to Hispanic to Caribbean cuisine, and I am always open to learning new cultures and cooking techniques. I am currently a student with an associate's degree in biochemistry, pursuing my bachelor's while minoring in Dietetics and Nutrition. I am well-experienced in researching and finding credible as well as unbiased sources. As I'm still a student and not a registered Dietitian, I will preface that any insight I offer is not strict advice, but rather suggestions based on research, which I will always source when dealing with clients. This way, you will always know what I know and how I know it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers ranging from individuals too busy to cook their food, people trying to learn how to cook, all the way to small to medium families, and everything in between.
