Nefrati contacted me right away when searching for organizing help for my mother. She went above and beyond to help organize a hoarding situation. Our family moves a lot. Over the course of the last 15 years, we've ended up with a bunch of excess..."stuff"...and no idea how to address the mess. We needed help, and Nef was a Godsend. From explaining the process and giving us ideas at our first meeting and estimate, to helpful "homework" so we didn't waste time during future visits, Nef helped us get over the inertia of all our clutter, jumpstarting our efforts to get organized!!! 100% chance we will be working with her again. We still need to get cracking on the garage, after all! ;-)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive prices and packages for larger projects. Senior Citizens and those with disabilities receive 20% off (based on assessment). A full Services and Rates packet can be given by request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A FREE assessment is required before any services are rendered. It can be virtually or in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer and experienced District Manager, Visual Merchandiser and Boutique Owner. I am a member of The International Association of Professional Organizers (IAPO). I am currently studying to be a Life Coach, which will enhance my ability to assist my clients in their day to day lives.
