- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
first 2 hours are a set fee, then pricing goes into hourly cost. consultations are $50 but this will be deducted from your final invoice if you move forward with a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i do a consultation with each client to go over the needed areas and spaces for organization and cleaning. if bins are needed to be purchased, either myself or the client will purchase before the organization process begins. we will schedule a date for the project to begin after the consultation.
