- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45.00 an hour. I also offer disposal of unwanted items at an extra fee. Items to be donated to goodwill etc are free.....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a lengthy, in depth phone conversation to pinpoint their needs/desires. I ask for photos to be texted, so I can have clarity and save time when I arrive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You can say I've been self taught...I grew up in a very organized home and have a passion to bring peace to my friends and family.
