Tony is truly incredible! As my son has been homeschooling this year, Tony has played a vital role in motivating him to prioritize exercise. After tearing his meniscus while playing baseball and undergoing over a year of rehab, my son had lost interest in sports and going to the gym. However, thanks to Tony's guidance, my son now eagerly heads to the gym independently and even inspires his cousin to join him for workouts. One of the aspects my son appreciates most about working with Tony is his genuine kindness and approachability. Day one, we get to know each other. I learn who you are and what motivates you. I then design a program that will get the best out of you.

I have a Bachelors Degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science and program design. I also have 5 certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) including a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification.
