Yes. It follows below In gym training, $40 per session In home training, $65 per session Introductory package of $99 for 3 session; this is a one-time purchase Month to month meal planning and online personal training are available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initially meeting a new customer, I seek to understand their health and fitness goals, the reason for those goals, time-frame, and their support system. I'll inquire about health risks, injuries, and ailments/disease. We'll then discuss the frequency of training, my recommendations, cost, then schedule their fitness assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former collegiate athlete, I've turned my passion for athletics and fitness into my career. I've been certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and currently seeking a second certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a nutritional certification.
