Introduction
I solve health and fitness problems for busy men. Compared to gym sessions, my remote training system is significantly more affordable per session, inescapably flexible, adapts precisely to your fluctuating needs and schedule, and provides the personalized support and results you need. Since I started coaching in 2004 I have been blessed to be surrounded by incredible mentors. I have also studied with organizations such as NSCA, NASM, USCDKA, ViPR, and IoM and received certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, ViPR Pro Coach, and more. When I’m not helping people reach their health and fitness goals, I’m probably at church or at home in Pembroke Pines with my wife, Meghan, and our three kids Penelope, Nora, and Theodore.

I have been working with Andrew for several months and I cannot imagine a better trainer. Andrew is the epitome of class and professionalism, and his knowledge of workout routines targeting specific muscle groups is second to none. He is very attentive, writes excellent programs that target his client's specific goals, and is incredibly smart. Anybody can train and gain strength and try to "bulk up" with any random trainer, but not so with Andrew...his training goes well above any random "strength training" and he also trains your mind as well. He has an excellent ability to not only target your muscle groups, but also explain how the muscle group works and how your training program affects that group. So not only do you make strength gains, you also make "mind" gains and you actually learn a lot about HOW and WHY you're improving your health and strength. His approach is also very balanced and he places an emphasis on targeting strength training equally throughout your whole body. Andrew has my absolute highest recommendation and I could not be happier with him. BEST. TRAINER. EVER.

Andrew has provided me with consistent feedback for several years now on healthy habits, effective nutrition and productive lifestyle; his instruction is invariably forthright and well-researched, and I fail to find any measurable bias in his approach to personal training. He is persistent and dedicated to his clients, very organized and strives for efficiency - traits that are evident in his own lifestyle, and I think that is the greatest evidence of a man's passion and conviction: that he employ in his private affairs that which he professes publicly. Andrew will give you all of the tools you need to succeed, even the encouragement and provocation to test your limits: as with any personal gain, no one can do the work for you, but Andrew makes it his personal goal to meet you at your level and help you to grow. I trust him to be straightforward in his assessments, affirming in his corrections, and invaluable in his instruction.

Andrew was incredibly helpful as I was trying to get back into some sort of exercise regimen. I used to work out regularly in college, but it has been a challenge getting motivated to begin again. Andrew was overwhelmingly encouraging. Despite my slow start in learning the suggested workouts, he was very patient and worked with my limitations. I suffer from some chronic lower back pain and Andrew made recommendations in workout modifications that made my goals achievable. He was able to help me work towards my goals of weight loss and strength training. He was able to "push" me towards new goals during each session without being "pushy." When I was doing an exercise wrong, he would correct me in a professional way and encourage me to keep pressing on. I have never had a personal trainer that was this professional, yet personable, at the same time! Highly recommended!

Andrew is one of the best trainer . You get great quality out of hime. I worked out with him for over 3 months and meet every goal we set.. He give you a 150 % . OPne thing that i think is great is he puts core into every work out and contacts you daily either via text or email to get the progess going.He also makes the work out good
