- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages for every budget. We would love to discuss with you your requirements and budget in order to provide the best possible package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its very simple. Once you have decided to hire PhotoStationOne.com, we will send you an agreement of service and request a 50% retainer. This retainer will save your date on our calendar and will be applied to your final payment. Within the agreement, you provide additional information that will help us create your personalized artwork, which you approve before your event. We will arrive at least one and a half hours before we are scheduled to start to set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 7 years and have serviced hundreds of events. From high profile social events to small get together, and brand promotions to huge company holiday events, Photo Station One has done it all, and learned how to provide the best of services.
