- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I try my best to customize each quote and meet the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with my customers initially in person or by phone and my goal is to find out their style and what they are looking for in a photography session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going for my CPA in the PPA society. It's a big deal for me, as I a have been saving up for this for a very long time!
