I asked for help with my Maytag washing machine and within minutes Archer from Pegas responded. They were at my home, hours later and told me up front what was wrong, what was needed and the price. Quite reasonable and honest. Not only that, once the pieces were ordered, he called me on the weekend and asked if he could come and finish the job! He said he’d be there in 20 MINUTES!! On a Sunday! Pleasant, considerate and offered to help maintain & clean out my dryer on the same day. This was great because I wouldn’t have to pay for labor twice!! I am keeping this company’s name & number in my phone.
