- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Move & set is $
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer's may hear of me thru word of mouth, google or they may also see an old business card taped to the underside of their table when it's time to move. We discuss what their needs are....are they interested in buying a new table or do they have one that they're selling? Are they moving and need it set up in their new house or do they just want to change the felt color and replace their rails? Depending on the needs of the customer, conversation can be anywhere from a couple minutes to them coming over to look at tables if they're interested in buying a new or used table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around pool tables, and can build most anything. Within the last year I was approached by someone who wanted me to build a table from scratch with cedar. I went to KY, cut trees down, stripped the bark & built an 8' table that the customer paid $17,000 for!
