- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We wont know the exact price until we communicate with one another. We also gladly offer bundled discounts when a customer chooses more than one service. Its fair and the right thing to do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will either speak to the customer over the phone or via messaging, whichever the customer prefers and communicate about the customers needs and then give the customer an estimate and work out a timeframe of the customers choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been providing top quality work in South Florida for years and have a strong work ethic and great communication skills. l am a people person and want to keep customers happy and create a long standing relationship. We have repeat customers that use us several times a year for various projects around their home.
