Hammerhead Aquatics Age Group Swim Team is a structured competitive swim program for SWIMMERS of all ages (from 4 years old to the Olympic Athlete) and all ability levels, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a unique teaching, learning and training opportunity for swimmers to develop and maximize their potential. Hammerhead Aquatics swims at the Sunrise Middle School Pool. We are a member team of USA Swimming and the Florida Gold Coast Local Swim Committee.

I hired Roman, and we done swimming lesson the same day. So I got experience with other swimming instructors from Thumbtack, there was a lot of issues( Some of them charging every 20 minutes of lesson, some of them do not know how to explain technique), with Roman I was exercising more than 1 hour 20 minutes, I got tired and asked him to stop. I was exhausted, but I felt improvement! Roman was telling me all my mistakes and when I fixed them I improved my stroke and start moving faster. That was unbelievable easy! Thank you for help, eagerly waiting for next session!

I contacted Roman for swimming lessons for me and my best friend when she was here to visit, but due to a surprise bout of food poisoning from a restaurant on Lincoln Road, she was too sick to go to the lesson, but Roman was understanding and very professional. I have no doubt I will be using him in the future. He's considerate, informative, and very professional.

Roman is really patient, observant and has pointed out/corrected swim strokes that I have been doing incorrectly for a while. I will definitely be taking more lessons from him

Private session - $250 for five 30 minute lessons Master's membership - $100/month Age Group Swim Club membership - varies from $75 to $110 Lap Swimming - $3 per session
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Establish needs that wanted to be provided. - Schedule entire package of swim lessons (recommended twice a week) - Payment upon first session - Execute all scheduled swim session with stroke correction and assessments for self work - Depending on swimmer's confidence and performance place into proper program for group swimming (Masters, Swim Club, Group Lessons etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- USA Swimming Coach - ASCA Level 3 and higher equivalents (American Swimming Coaches Association) - Lifeguard/ First Aid/ CPR/ AED Certified - Lifeguard Instructor - Aquatic Facility Operator - Site Supervisor - Learn-to-Swim Gold Card ( +1000 hours of teaching)
