We offer rental property and small to mid-sized condo association management. Our clients enjoy the most attentive service because we focus on small targeted areas in Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park and Wilton Manors as well as Sunrise, Tamarac and parts of western Broward County, and now, we're in Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Delray Beach too. Our personnel are always just minutes away from any of the properties we manage. Being nearby means we are on your property more often, checking to make sure the lawn and pool services are doing their jobs and that everything is just as it should be. Our monthly fee is exactly what we say it will be. We won't nickel and dime you with little nuisance charges for every envelope we use and photocopy we make. Owners of rental buildings, individual condominium units and single family homes enjoy the same level of conscientious service that we give to condo associations.

We are a small 10 unit condo with owners who are demanding but not very involved with the day to day details or in wanting to be involved in the managing or volunteering to form committees to govern our home. It took a few trial and errors to find what we feel is the best solution for a full service management company, who not only provides an excellant definition of what a professional management firm does, but also truly understands the regulations and laws of the Federal Republic of Florida, Broward County and Fort Lauderdale. As a property management company, your goal is to keep repair costs low. SO your vendors have to be not only inexpensive, but qualified and licensed to do the job correctly the first time. We can help. Don Moe Services specialized in Air Conditioning and heater repair, installations, sales and service. We give you ALL the options, recommencations, and do the job right. We CAN pull permits, get you the best price on a new system, keep our trucks VERY well-stocked, and pride ourselves on our workmanship. Currently, we work with five different property management companies as well as subcontract work from some larger chain A/C companies. We also have our own customer base, so we are working almost every minute of the day. But we can service your tenants too. We also handle appliance repair at VERY fair prices. We can buy the parts to fix the problem, or outright buy a new unit if you are having a problem finding one to fit your specific needs. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Condo Associations: Read management agreements from Community Associaton Managers carefully. Watch out for their ability to add extra fees. If they don't have somebody within a few miles of you keep shopping. Rental Property Owners: Three biggest mistakes people can make who own rental property. 1 - trying to be a long-distance-landlord 2 - letting the tenant be responsible for maintaining the yard or pool 3 - renting to friends.
