- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matthew Rosenbaum is an accomplished real estate professional with over 19 years of experience assisting clients in both residential and commercial property transactions. A true South Florida native, he was born in Plantation and grew up in Cooper City. Matt obtained both his BA in Business Administration and MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license since 2003.

He has a diverse background in property management, community association management, and vacation property rental and management services, as well as the public real estate sector. His combined skills and experience gives his clients access to many valuable resources and contacts here in South Florida.
