- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge among the lowest monthly fees (8%) in the industry because of our size and volume We never charge you when the tenant doesn’t pay, tenant is in eviction, or the property is vacant. There are no start-up, set-up, or initial fees. We do not charge fees on top of vendor fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to LISTEN to our customers needs first, then give our assessment based on our experience, current market trends, tenant behaviors, etc. We then customize the new relationship based on the most comfortable way that you like to do business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years as a fully licensed and insured Property Management Business. 10+ years as a fully licensed and insured Real Estate Brokerage. All business has been conducted in this South Florida Market. We've seen the up's and down's
