State Street Property Management has managed my properties in southeastern Florida tremendously well. I have several investment properties, they manage them all and I could not be happier. No more worrying about work orders, answering lease questions, or speaking to my Lawyer for evictions, etc. State Street does it all. Their customer service to me and my tenants is impeccable. Any concerns or work orders my tenants may have, are managed with such diligence and care. The leasing team is great! I have been through two tenants in the past year, my vacancies were filled before the old tenants moved out, so I did not lose any money. Additionally, I had an eviction on another property, the process was so quick, I did not have to attend the hearing at all! I even bought and sold property through State Street. It is a one stop shop for me! Even better I receive a monthly activity report each month from the company, it shows my work orders placed, tenant concerns, money outstanding, etc. Thank you Daniel for your hard work!! Evelyn

State Street is a professionally run management company. Service requests are handled on a timely basis. Property managers are accessible even on weekends to handle any emergency. State Street handles all the things landlords hate to deal with so all you have to do is sit back and receive your passive income without lifting a finger.

My company during the past several years have dealt with Daniel Travis the owner of State Street Property Management. With assistance from Mr. Travis, my company not only has purchased property from State Street Property Management but, have lease several units in South Florida under the guidance of this owner. Since, my company is an out-of-state real estate entity, I have relied heavily on his real estate experience which includes but not limited to buying, selling and leasing both long and short terms. His knowledge of Florida Real Estate laws is way and above the norm. Finally, I must say, State Street Property Management Team under the supervision of Mr. Travis, puts a potential client at ease during the real estate process as we all know can be quite overwhelming. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge among the lowest monthly fees (8%) in the industry because of our size and volume We never charge you when the tenant doesn’t pay, tenant is in eviction, or the property is vacant. There are no start-up, set-up, or initial fees. We do not charge fees on top of vendor fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to LISTEN to our customers needs first, then give our assessment based on our experience, current market trends, tenant behaviors, etc. We then customize the new relationship based on the most comfortable way that you like to do business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years as a fully licensed and insured Property Management Business. 10+ years as a fully licensed and insured Real Estate Brokerage. All business has been conducted in this South Florida Market. We've seen the up's and down's
