I had the pleasure of working with the property manager Ferras Zereik this past year. I rented one of his properties in Victoria Park in June of 2024. Ferras provides excellent customer service. He was always on time to answer any tenant questions I had. He ensured that any maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner. He does a great job of communicating between all parties involved in the lease. If you ever get the chance to work with Ferras youll be in good hands.

A few years ago, I met Ferras at Tend properties to help me rent my property. He was eventually able to take some awesome photos in listing the property and help me with screening process. In the past, if I had any problems with the property while I was out of country for work, he was able to coordinate with Tend contractors and inform me of any situation to resolve any repairs that were needed.
