What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $30 an hour for writing and editing and $40 an hour for online tutoring.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I communicate with you to determine what help you need. For tutoring, I use pretests to determine what skills need to be improved. I edit papers using the MS Word Review function to provide detailed markups and comments. I focus on helping students succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in English Education, an MS in Reading Education, and a BS in Computer Systems
