Buying our first home has been a wild experience in Today’s market. Low inventory and crazy offers made it very hard for us to compete in our price range. We wanted to give up ALL THE TIME.
Here comes Jessica and Hilda… our Super Realtor’s. Wow!! Here are a few words to describe this dynamic duo… professional, knowledgeable, so patient, committed to serving us, super caring, efficient, honest, sincere, great communication and always available. They always went that extra mile to make us happy. They answered all of our questions, provided feedback on the homes we had seen. They took us to every open house we wanted to go to even though there were tremendous lines, rain or shine! (yes, it rained on us a few times) Stood up for us.. by this I mean when we came across a bossy Sellers’ Realtor they pushed back requesting they give us the time and space to look at the property without being rushed. Pointed out things we would have never have thought of. This made us understand what we wanted as our first home. Once we were under contract they made sure we knew everything that was going on from the beginning to the end. They were on top of the process, inspection, appraisal, negotiation and closing. We were never in the dark through the entire process. After closing they still continued to help us by telling us what steps we needed to proceed with. They provided an excellent service and have made this experience amazing! What a blessing they have been. I can’t say THANK YOU enough. It’s been a pleasure working with them and we highly recommend them.

Extremely Helpful and Trustworthy:
Jessica and Hilda are a true Real Estate professional team, who always kept us well informed and reassured us every step of the way that the the sale of our property was going to be as a smooth as it could possible be regardless of some the hurdles and bumps we encountered along the way. Even after the closing they reached out to us to make sure everything was taken care of and offered additional help in case we needed it.
