- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the condition of the existing cast iron/drainage, access to the lines, and the scope of the replacement. I provide upfront estimates so there are no surprises. I’m always transparent about any permits or disposal fees before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short conversation to understand the problem, then schedule an on-site inspection to assess the system. From there, I explain the options, provide a clear estimate, and walk the customer through the timeline. Once approved, I handle the work from start to finish and keep the homeowner updated throughout the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained and licensed in plumbing, with specialized experience in cast iron removal and replacement. Over the years I’ve completed various advanced projects in drain line diagnostics, pipe repair, safety procedures, and modern replacement methods like PVC conversions.
