What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive to the market,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will Schedule a meeting with customer at the location needing the work or maintenance. Next we will do a walk-thru with customer to listen and visualize their desires. During walk-thru we will take notes to prepare estimate. At the end of the walk-thru we will ask customer follow-up questions to ensure we are on the same page. Once completed we will return to our office and write the estimate. Estimate will be emailed to the customer. Once job is accepted we will write a contract and have customer sign to agree to the terms and conditions. We then will schedule the new customer and begin work when promised.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Iv been doing landscaping and design for about 15 years now, from working for different lawn companies to owning and operating my own company. This is what i love to do.
