Introduction: With over 15 years experience I have seen and delt with every situation. Two things that make me different from the rest 1) I instruct and certify people to be Aquatic professionals. 2) I have a great deal of passion for what it is that I do. The look of pure excitement and joy when someone accomplishes the task that they set out to do. Also that I get to teach people how to be safer in the water, hopefully it saves their life someday.

I started from a very begginer level. Sir Tim had to start teaching me from scratch. I felt that i was his worst student, i can't even float at first but his techniques and excellent tips allowed me to achieved what i thought would be almost impossible to achieve. I am floating!.. And not only that, i am swimming!!.. I was so terrified to go to deep water but he gradually established confidence in me and for every task i was able to accomplished, i get high fives!! Though im still in the process of improving my skills especially with proper breathing techniques and coordination of arms and legs, but with Sir Tim's patience and caring attitude, i believed my progress will take me to higher level of confidence and appreciation for the sport. His professionalism was superb! Not only was i delighted by his knowledge and amazing swimming ability but his cheerful personality, calm demeanor and unending patience make him a best swim instructor. I salute you for your exceptional job and you deserved a five star rating for that. Sir Tim, for every encouragement... For every high fives... For every word of advice... And for everything... Thank you, thank you so much! I really appreciate all that you've done to help me overcome my fears and achieve my goal. I am proud to say that once ive been a student at Tall Tim's Swim School and rest assured, your teachings will forever remain in my mind and in my heart.

Tim was my Swim lesson instructor trainer and Lifeguard instructor, as well as having the pleasure to work alongside him for a few months. I learned a great deal working with him during that time. He taught me little tips and tricks to make my job easier as a swim instructor, and even helped me prefect my strokes. Tim trained a group of us for a lifeguard competition and we placed 2nd! He has a unique way of teaching that I have witnessed work for all ages. Tim has an outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor which makes learning easy and fun. I have watched him teach children and adults with disabilities, and could tell he truly has a passion for that. I highly recommend Tim for anything that has to do with water, swimming, training for a triathlon, snorkeling, he's the guy to go to.

Tim was awesome. Ive been swimming all my life, was even a lifeguard ages ago, so I knew how to swim -- but i wanted to improve my strokes. I wasn't prepping for a race or anything like that, I was just looking for someone to help me fine tune my stroke to enjoy swimming even more. I got exactly what i was looking for with Tall Tim! Tim was able to see the things going on in my stroke right away. He gave very articulate feedback in a fun and friendly way, and I'm pulling water like I never have before. I'm looking forward to my next session. I highly recommend Tim if you want to improve your strokes!

$65 per hour for private lessons. $80 for a group up to 4. 12 people max for group lessons Other rates available for package deals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Establish the goals of the lessons. 2. Make you feel comfortable with me and the water. 3. Reach your goals (some goals are quick others take many lessons) 4. Give plenty of feedback and drills to help improve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to recertify my self every few years by taking refresher courses. Even though I certify instructors I myself have to take those classes.
