- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the pool size, condition, and service frequency. Weekly service includes cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection. I provide clear quotes with no hidden fees. Initial cleanups or green pools may require an additional one-time service. I also offer free estimates.And I have a referral program: for every person you recommend to use my service, they get a free month!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with an initial inspection of the pool and equipment. I check the chemical levels, overall condition, and identify any issues. Then I explain my findings and recommend the best service plan. After that, I provide regular weekly maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks, and I keep the customer informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in pool maintenance, including water chemistry balancing, equipment inspection, and proper cleaning procedures. I also stay up to date with industry standards, chemical handling, and best practices to ensure safe and effective pool care.
