Sandy, We're very sorry that you wouldn't let us rectify the situation as we did try to call you several times that day to correct the situation. A situation that could have been avoided but unfortunately communication was abruptly cut off on your end bc we couldn't get to you right that second. We aim to please all of our clients and we personally tend to everyone's needs / wants/ concerns to the absolute best of our ability. We strive for top notch customer service as well as maintaining and properly servicing our pools. We treat all of our clients the way we would want to be treated and service their pools like we would our own. Your previous review is a much better representation of our business. We are sorry that things ended the way they did but we personally feel that you are now harassing us. As previously requested, we respectfully ask that we part ways and cut all ties.
