He was very through, explained everything. He plans to do a follow up one week after treatment at no extra charge! I had a last minute appointment come up and he adjusted his schedule so he could get the job done before I had to leave. I was so impressed my daughter hired him for her house pestcontrol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mackintosh PestControl. Small locally owned business we contacted due to a dry wood termite problem. The owner handles all facets of the business from estimate and inspection to treating the property. Mr. Mackintosh is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and efficient. He explains everything clearly to assist in making a decision, provides a cost estimate that turned out to be exact (no hidden "got yas"), a one year warranty with the option to extend the warranty each subsequent year for a nominal fee, which includes preventative retreatment each year the warranty is extended. Warranty will transfer with the home should the home ever be sold.

Mr. Mackintosh works very hard to do a good job. He spent several hours treating a very bad termite outbreak. He came back a second time after two weeks to do a follow up treatment.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We appreciate, when asking for a service quote please provide a phone number with the more difficult requests. Ants, Fleas, Ticks, and Bed bug typically need more detail than you can supply online, a simple phone call can detail the issues as every job is different,
Our family owned company provides better service as it takes the time to review the property each visit and treat according to what they see, rather than what the pre-printed invoice indicates. Also the smaller companies can't afford a dissatisfied customer and typically provide more service than is being charged for.
The more information you provide the better we can help you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In some scenarios, chemicals alone cannot cure a problem, depending on the problem. Most times what you do and don't do make the difference between eliminating a problem.
