Tú no estuvisteis en la plática inicial, no hice negocio contigo. Recibieron lo que pagaron. En el caso de las lozas del piso no quisieron cambiar el Durock viejo por ahorrar dinero. Uds hicieron la demolición por ahorrar dinero y al inicio le recomendé
al propietario de reemplazar el durock que hasta moho tenía. En el caso de las paredes han usado loza que no es rectificada de menos de $1.50 per SF, imposible hacer que un Hyundai luzca como un BMW. Y tercero, no soy Plastero, mi trabajo fue instalar loza a un precio regalado y el propietario terminaría plasteando y pintando el baño y en el caso del caulking en el toilet les regale del mio ya Que no habían comprado, el propietario quedó en comprar y terminarlo ya que eso era su parte.Primero consulta y después comenta. Además, mi negocio fue con el propietario
Lamento que el propietario haya cambiado de parecer tan feliz que quedó.

Alvaro and his staff did a first-rate job on my newly purchased home. It was an almost complete remodeling of a 30 year old home that needed updating. He can do just about anything, from tiles to plumbing to structural work, and has well qualified personnel for electrical work. His work is done to code, so he fixed numerous items that had been poorly done by a previous owner. He employs very capable individuals and conducts much of the work himself. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, hardworking, detailed, helpful and most of all, honest and dependable. He always provided sound advice on all matters, which comes from his extensive experience. Contractors like Alvaro are hard to find these days. It was a big project, but I'm content knowing that my investment was worth it, because of the great work done by Alvaro and his men.

We hired AMG flooring and paint inc. to tile 75% of our home. Alvaro was friendly, proffessional and honest. He is very observant to details and I have to say in a time when reliability is hard to find he is a blessing. We are extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him. Definately a 5 star across the board service.
