- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair based on a specific project requested by customer we do offer certain discounts depending on the project requested by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are contacted by the customer we go out to do a quote and see the specifics we provide a written quote the customer excepts the quote we take the 50% deposit we start the work once the deposit is received
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diploma military logistics I spent a number of years in the army and worked with the engineer in court I also have a degree in business and a degree in material and supply building construction from Norfolk State University
